All custom orders at MaKenzie’s Design Studio are made specifically for you. Because each item is personalized, returns and refunds are not accepted once the design has been approved.
After your order is placed, you will receive a mockup for confirmation. Once the mockup is confirmed, the order becomes final and no refunds or cancellations will be issued.
If you have any concerns about your design before approval, I’m always here to help ensure everything is perfect before production begins.
